Shipping Policy

Delivery Terms and Conditions:

Because of our turnaround time for deliveries, orders canceled during the 48hr period must be emailed to customerservice@kabinetking.com, the order will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Approved returns subject to 25% handling charge once a customer Invoice is created and Items are pulled for delivery.

For that reason, it is important to check all measurements prior to ordering to ensure you are ordering the correct pieces.

Shipping times vary depending on the product you choose. Lead times on receiving your order can be between 5-10 days depending on the product.
The shipping cost is calculated by the manufacturer.
When we receive the shipping cost from the manufacturer's acknowledgment, the cost may vary from what was originally charged on our website. We may contact the customer for additional shipping fees.


We have the right to cancel or refuse any order.

Please call prior to placing your order if you need your purchase quickly. Upon placing an order you will be informed of delivery time prior to KabinetKing finalizing and charging your order.

All deliveries are by FEDEX or FREIGHT shippers and All deliveries are curbside.

All orders placed on KabinetKing.com are curbside delivery.

If you require a liftgate there will be an additional Fee.

Curbside Delivery

Via FedEx Home Delivery or a 3rd Party Freight Company:

Driver parks where driveway and street meet.

Homeowner's responsibility to bring goods into home.

The driver does not assist.

Driver does not remove debris or packaging materials.

For orders arriving with FedEx Home Delivery: Please inspect the boxes within 48 hours of delivery and contact customerservice@kabinetking.com with reports of any damage or missing pieces.

For orders arriving with a freight company: Upon the arrival of your order, you must inspect all items and make sure everything is there with no noticeable damages. Please also make sure you are not missing any pieces. If there are any damages and/or missing pieces under no circumstances should you refuse delivery as a method of return, you must make a note of these items on the delivery receipt and get a signed copy from the driver (the driver will have multiple copies) and must give you a receipt. Shipments with damaged cabinets will be replaced, it will NOT be refunded. Once the items have shipped, the cabinets are not refundable.

KabinetKing cannot be held liable if you sign for your order without noting that pieces are missing and/or damaged. You will be responsible for re-ordering and missing pieces so please make sure to do a thorough check when your order comes. Please do not refuse any damaged order (instead, follow the above instructions), any returned orders may be subject to restocking fees in accordance with our return policy.

*Free Shipping only applies to orders with one cabinet style; orders with more than one cabinet line are not eligible for free shipping, the price will vary depending on the order. Please contact our customer service department to receive an accurate shipping quote, for orders with multiple cabinet lines. Free shipping may not be eligible on large multi-unit orders due to carrier freight volume restrictions. Please contact our customer service department for freight quote assistance.

*Deliveries will be on 53-foot trailers. Please contact us about your delivery IF: You live in a Gated Community, on a private drive, narrow road, or cul-de-sac. Then, we can arrange in advance for a smaller truck to make your delivery.*

*If the delivery is being made to a less accessible area or areas that require special/additional freight services (crossing water, on a small island, etc...), you may be responsible for additional freight charges. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to your order shipping to go over your options.***

If there is any change to your chosen scheduled delivery date then we must be notified at least 48 hours prior to the expected date of delivery. If we are not notified then a re-delivery charge will apply of $250. Price may vary depending on location.

WE APPRECIATE ALL ORDERS THAT WE RECEIVE, HOWEVER, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE ADDRESSED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. PLEASE CONTACT US TO REVIEW YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING. INTERNATIONAL SHIP RATES ARE NOT IMMEDIATELY RECOGNIZED THROUGH YAHOO AND WILL REQUIRE AN INDIVIDUAL CUSTOM QUOTE DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.
