Shipping Information:

Shipping times vary depending on the product you choose. Lead times on receiving your order can be between 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the product. Please call prior to placing your order if you need your purchase quickly. Upon placing an order you will be informed of delivery time prior to kabinetking finalizing and charging your order.

Sample Policy

Door and Cabinet Samples are not refundable. However you will be credited the full amount of your sample cost if you place an order after receiving a sample. We sell quality allwood cabinet products and cannot make a business on samples. Sample are for your convenience and ease of shopping. We only sell what we have inspected and deem to be worthy of our time. When a cabinet that can be purchased and shipped on the internet meets our standards we offer it to the public at whoesale prices. Because we take pride in our product we back it as well. Our mission is not only to sell a quality allwood product at the lowest posible price but to remain true to our customer in the process. Our margins are slim and we must keep costs as low as possible. For this reason we cannot get involved in the sending and returning of samples. On a case by case basis we will review speific cases in which circumstances my require amendment to this policy.

Refunds

All refunds will be received by check within 30 days of receipt of product. All refunds where the product has been shipped or prepared for shipment are subject to a 25 percent restocking fee. This is a necessary fee as a result of costs incurred due to administration and shipment preperation costs pertaining to your order.

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase and get a full refund minus shipping costs and a 25 percent restocking fee.

Orders cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without a restocking fee. Cabinets that require longer lead times have up to 72 hours to cancel.
